How long do I wear it?

Overnight. Apply it to a clean, dry forehead before bed and peel it off gently when you wake up.

I have sensitive skin. Can I use it?

The tape is breathable, but don't apply it to broken, irritated or sensitive skin, and avoid the eye area. Stop using it if you notice redness, irritation or discomfort.

Will it leave residue?

Apply it to clean, dry skin with no product underneath for the best hold, and remove it slowly in the direction of hair growth rather than pulling sharply.

Can I use it while pregnant or breastfeeding?
